Frank was born on March 10th, 1959.  Frank's father is Michel Maiorano and his mother is Eileen Barbara Liss.  His paternal grandparents were Frances Maiorano and Antonia Mastrandrea (Maiorano).  He is the second of three children.  He has two sisters named kam and Nikki.
