Encarnación was born on 30-Aug-1971.  Encarnación's father is Mariano Tapias (De Andrés) and her mother is Carmen García (Heredero).  Her maternal grandparents were  Leoncio García (Redondo) and  Encarnación Heredero (Sanz).  She is the second of three children.  She has two sisters named Ana and Alicia.
