Pál was born on September 24th, 1882 in Nógrád.  Pál's father was Plachi Pál and his mother was Povazsan Borbála. He had four brothers and a sister, named Pál, József, József, Pál and Julianna,Erzsébet.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 14 on January 1st, 1897 in Nógrád.1
