Margit was born on December 29th, 1912 in Poprádremete (Szepes vm.).1  Margit's father was Plachy Lajos Károly and her mother was Husz Terézia Rebeka.  Her paternal grandparents were Plachy István József and Weber  Zsuzsanna; her maternal grandfather is Frigyes Husz and her maternal grandmother was Amália Pauline Andersch. She had two brothers and a sister, named Lajos Sándor, Zoltán and Viola.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died due to natural causes or old age, combnyaktörés, at the age of 83 on February 21st, 1996 in Baja.  She was buried in Baja, Kálvária temető.

‌Margit and Gábor were married in a religious & civil ceremony on September 8th, 1935 in Baja by Pastor Hulvej István kiskőrösi ev. lelkész and witnessed by dr. Makray László gyógyszerész, Örkényi József.1   They had two sons named Tibor and Attila.  There are no more children.
