Gergely József

József was born in May 1895 in Alistál.  József's father was Gergely Bálint and his mother was Ádám Eszter.  His maternal grandparents were Ádám Péter and Alföldi Terézia. He had two brothers named Zsigmond and József.  He was the second oldest of the three known children.  He died as an infant, tüdőgümőkór, at 5 months old on October 16th, 1895 in Alistál.  The funeral took place in Alistál and was arranged by Dombi Lajos ev.ref. tanító..  He was buried on October 17th, 1895 in Alistál.
