Klara was born on March 30th, 1872 in Westheim Bei Hammelburg, Germany.  Klara's father was Lob Adler and her mother was Amalie Holzinger.  Her maternal grandparents were Mendel Emanuel Holzinger and Hendle Henriette Hanlein.  She had a brother and two sisters, named Robert, Betty and Henriette.  She died  due to Holocaust in Theresienstadt, Czechoslovakia.
