Hiram Davis Goyne Sr.

Hiram was born in 1799 in Warren Co, GA.¹ Hiram's father was William Goynes and his mother was (2) Agnes (Nancy) Schroder. His paternal grandparents were John Going and Mary Keith; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Schroder and Isabella. He had a brother named Tyra. He was the older of the two children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Drury, John (Bit Nose), Herman, Hardy, Wiliam, Rebecca and Alice. He died at the age of 53 on February 2nd, 1852 in Farmerville, Union Parrish, LA.
