Sara was born on September 7th, 1641 in Schelle, Antwerpen, Belgium.  Sara's father was Jan Van Ranst and her mother is Augustina Caeskens. She had a brother and five sisters, named Gregorius, Maria, Anna, Catharina, Adriana and Joanna.  She was the sixth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 79 on April 4th, 1721 in Niel, Antwerp, Belgium.
