Margaret was born on April 15th, 1728.  Margaret's father was Isaac Sampson and her mother was Sarah Barlow (Sampson).  Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Sampson and Lydia Standish (Sampson).  She had two brothers and three sisters, named Uriah, John, Hannah, Sarah and Lydia.  She was the fifth oldest of the six children.  She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Isaac, Jacob, Anna, Hannah, Eizabeth and Phebe.  She died at the age of 37 in October 1765.
