Mildred was born on November 16th, 1907.  Mildred's father was Michael Ashe and her mother was Bridget Murphy (Ashe).  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Ashe and Mary Hassett or Holly (Ashe). She had five brothers and a sister, named Jim, Thomas, Bob, Willard, John and Elizabeth.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 76 on December 13th, 1983.
