Barbara was born on May 9th, 1955 in Edinburgh. Barbara's father was Archie Sandler and her mother is Sylvia Tibby Dison. Her paternal grandparents were Harry Sandler and Polly Freed. She has three sisters named Heather, Joy and Patricia. She is the second oldest of the four children.General Notes
Barbara Bear is a Freeman of the Musicians’ Company and plays an active role in the senior citizens clubs and well being clinics in the Ward of Portsoken and the City Fringe. She is a qualified teacher, musician and therapist in Complementary Medicine and is also an amateur artist.
