Tsirel (CELIA ) Feinberg (Niselovich) (SARA)

Tsirel, known as CELIA , was born in 1879 in Pusalotas.  CELIA 's father was Eliyahu  Niselovich and her mother was Hana Dina Orbach.  Her paternal grandparents were Baruch  Shalom Niselovich and Shifra Musa; her maternal grandparents were Yeshayahu Abraham Orbach and <Unknown>. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Baruch, Movsha, Louis, Lena, Tzipa, Dobra, Lieba, Fanny and Mushla.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 90 on February 27th, 1969 in Los Angeles.
