Lieba was born on July 15th, 1886 in Pusalotas.  Lieba's father was Eliyahu  Niselovich and her mother was Hana Dina Orbach.  Her paternal grandparents were Baruch  Shalom Niselovich and Shifra Musa; her maternal grandparents were Yeshayahu Abraham Orbach and <Unknown>. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Baruch, Movsha, Louis, Lena, Tzipa, CELIA , Dobra, Fanny and Mushla.  She was the fifth youngest of the ten children.  She died from a stroke at the age of 57 on December 21st, 1943.  She was buried on December 21st, 1943 at the Lincoln Cemetery.1 2
