James Schofield

James was born about 1884 in Loughborough.¹ James' father was William Henry Schofield and his mother was Ellen Buckley. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Buckley and Patience Oldham. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Earnest, Willie, Edith and Beatie. He was the oldest of the five children.
