George Fredrick Miller

George was born in 1864 in Witton.¹ George's father was William Miller and his mother was Elizabeth Winstanley. His paternal grandparents were James Miller and Susannah (Susan); his maternal grandparents were John Winstanley and Martha Plumb. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William, James, Martha, Susan, Constance, Margaret and Martha. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
