John Eddowes

John was born in 1879 in Birkenhead.¹ John's father was William Eddowes and his mother was Elizabeth Shortridge. His paternal grandparents were John Eddowes and Mary Holt. He had a brother and five sisters, named William, Agnes, Jessie, Esther, Janet and Lillian. He was the second youngest of the seven children.

- John (50) and Catherine (43) were libing in Birkenhead with no children in 1911. John was left £100 in the will of his mother Elizabeth Eddowes in 1911.
