Martha Buckley

Martha was born in 1846 in Darcy Lever.¹ Martha's father was Cornelius Buckley and her mother was Esther Scowcroft. Her paternal grandparents were John Buckley and Mary Leech. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Josiah, Ephriam, Mary and Sarah. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers named James and William.
