Charles was born on July 7th, 1922 in Madison County, Iowa.1   He died at the age of 77 on June 5th, 2000 in Clinton, Henry County, Missouri.  The funeral took place on June 7th, 2000 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Henry County, Missouri and was arranged by Vansant-Mills Funeral Home.  He was buried at the Winterset Cemetery, Winterset, Madison County, Iowa.1 1

Charles and Wilma were married in a religious ceremony on September 30th, 1944 in Dexter, Dallas County, Iowa.  They had a son and two daughters, named David, Linda and Kristy.
