George McCellan Neal 
George McCellan was born in 1864. George McCellan's father was David T Neal and his mother was Sarah Ann McCown. His maternal grandparents were James M. McCown and Nancy Mourning Lewis. He had a brother and four sisters, named William J., Margaret Mourning, Florence, Eliza J. and Sarah Elizabeth. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Marion, Lafayette, James S., Thomas Frank, Marinda and Louise. He died at the age of 28 in 1892.-
