Col. John Murray

Col. John was born about 1731 in Scotland.¹   Col. John's father was William Murray and his mother is Isabella Lindley.  His paternal grandfather is John Murray. He had two brothers named Capt. James and Col. Thomas.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died on February 3rd, 1798 in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, USA.  He was buried in Dauphin Cemetery.¹
