Jennie Murray "Jane" was born on October 30th, 1805 in West Chillisquaque, Northumberland, Pennsylvania, USA.1 Jennie Murray "Jane"'s father was Samuel McMahan and her mother was Jane "Jennie" Reed. Her paternal grandparents were Maj. James McMahan and Mary Murray; her maternal grandparents were William Reed and Mary Murray. She had four brothers and four sisters, named James, William Reed, Samuel, John, Polly Mary, Margaret, Eliza Ann and Rebecca. She died at the age of 56 on November 17th, 1861 in Union County, Pennsylvania, USA. She was buried in Lewisburg Cemetery.1 -
