Eliza A was born on October 3rd, 1814 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, USA.1 Eliza A's father was James M. McCown and her mother was Nancy Mourning Lewis. Her maternal grandparents were Zacharias Lewis and Winifred Mustain. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Elijah Thomas, William M., Nancy J, Mary J., Sarah Ann and Margaret Jane. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 77 on November 30th, 1891 in Ellettsville, Monroe, Indiana, USA.2 -
