Philip Allen Hinkle 
Philip Allen was born on April 25th, 1921 in Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana, USA.1 Philip Allen's father was John Jefferson Hinkle and his mother was Eunice Elizabeth Headley. His paternal grandparents were Isaac W Hinkle and Mary Catherine Runyan. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Earl, Ross, Wade, Robert Blaine, Hamlin Isaac, Jonathan Marion, Gayle, Margaret Mary, Rose Marie, Leota Elizabeth and Alice Pauline. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 92 on January 3rd, 2014 in Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana, USA. He was buried in Valhalla Memory Gardens.2 2 -
