Gayle Hinkle

Gayle was born on February 11th, 1901 in Indiana, USA.¹ Gayle's father was John Jefferson Hinkle and her mother was Eunice Elizabeth Headley. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac W Hinkle and Mary Catherine Runyan. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Earl, Ross, Wade, Robert Blaine, Hamlin Isaac, Jonathan Marion, Philip Allen, Margaret Mary, Rose Marie, Leota Elizabeth and Alice Pauline. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 22 on July 11th, 1923 in Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana, USA. She was buried in Mount Gilead Cemetery.¹
