Samuel David Allen 
Samuel David was born on December 11th, 1852. Samuel David's father was David Allen and his mother was Eliza A McCown. His maternal grandparents were James M. McCown and Nancy Mourning Lewis. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Elijah Thomas, William Mekes, James Lewis, John, Nancy Savannah, Mary Elizabeth, Sarah Ann and Margaret Mourning. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 62 on August 12th, 1915.-
