Elijah Thomas Allen 
Elijah Thomas was born on March 18th, 1834 in Indiana, USA. Elijah Thomas' father was David Allen and his mother was Eliza A McCown. His maternal grandparents were James M. McCown and Nancy Mourning Lewis. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William Mekes, James Lewis, Samuel David, John, Nancy Savannah, Mary Elizabeth, Sarah Ann and Margaret Mourning. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 78 on June 12th, 1912.-
