Patrick Stapleton & Ellen Bartley

Patrick was born on March 1st, 1871 in Knockboy, Buolick.  Patrick's father was William Stapleton and his mother was Margaret Nowlan.  His paternal grandparents were Patrick Stapleton and Bridget Dunne; his maternal grandparents were Richard Nowlan and J Butler??. He had a brother and three sisters, named Philip, Margaret, Bridget and Mary.  He was the second youngest of the five children.  He died from cancer, Stomach, at the age of 80 on March 29th, 1951 in Knockboy, Buolick.  He was buried in Buolick.
