John Whitcomb

John was born on May 20th, 1759 in Leominster, MA.¹ John's father was Benjamin Whitcomb and his mother was Dorothy White. His paternal grandparents were David Whitcomb and Mary Hayward; his maternal grandparents were John White and Eunice Wilder. He had four brothers and nine sisters, named Benjamin, Nathaniel, Ephraim, Josiah, Tamar, Dorothy , Joanna, Eunice, Rebecca, Mary, Lois, Prudence and Prudence. He was the third youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 54 in 1813 in Landaff Center, NH.¹
