Florence was born on July 22nd, 1910.¹ Florence's father was William Henry Gordon and her mother was Mary (Minnie) Louisa Wickes. Her paternal grandparents were Syrenus Gordon and Lousia Ann Johnson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Carl, Dale, William, Ilah and Ida. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 82 on September 13th, 1992.¹
