Rene's father was William  Henry Norris and her mother was Jane  Ann Dent.  Her paternal grandparents were  William Norris and Mary Jane Ashford; her maternal grandparents were Joseph William Dent and Rose Ann Fisher. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named "Ted", Joseph, Celia, Edith, Phyllis, Rose, Daisy, Leslie and Marjorie. She had a half-brother named Howard.

Rene's family

Rene and Mr. were married.  They had a son and three daughters, named Michael, Pamela, Joan and Linda.
