Anne was born in 1856.  Anne's father was Thomas Askew Leach and her mother was Emma Joynes. She had a brother and a sister. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named ??Thomas, <Unknown> and <Unknown>.  She died at the age of 58 in 1914.

Anne and Thomas were married.  They had eight sons and three daughters, named "Edwin"  Thomas Edwin, His Honour Judge James, William Charles, Stanley Claude, Richard James, Alfred, Walter John, Arthur, Edith Alice, Louisa Emma and Annie Mary.
