Phan Huy Hình

Hình was born in 1929. Hình's father was Phan Huy Chiêm and his mother was Ngô Thị Tý. His paternal grandparents were Phan Huy Diễm and Phan Thị Ân. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Quân, Phi, Tiến, Hiển, Quang, Yến, Kiều, Hà, Thanh, Tần, Tú and Nghi. He was the oldest of the thirteen children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Vinh, Hương, Nga and Thụy-Cơ. He died at the age of 16 in 1945.
