Terezie Blažková was born on July 8th, 1787 in Horka nad Moravou 58 and her baptism was conducted by minister Adrian Francis. Schenk.  Her godfathers were Anton Mrazek, sedlák and her godmother was Theresia Mrazková. Terezie Blažková's father was Jan Blažek/Blažka and her mother was Terezie Jamborová/Jambořinová. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Jakub Blažek, František Blažka, Jenovéfa Blažková (Dočkalová), Mariana Blažková and Mariana Blažková.  She was the second oldest of the six children.
