Kimi Shimozaki (下崎きみ)

Kimi was born on December 3rd, 1916 in 長野県小諸市, 長野県. Kimi's father was Tokutaro Shimozaki (下崎徳太郎) and her mother was Kikumi Kobayashi (小林きくみ). Her paternal grandparents were Yoshimatsu Shimozaki (下崎由松) and Toku Wakabayashi (若林とく); her maternal grandparents were na Kobayashi (小林) and wife. She was an only child. She died at the age of 91 on January 30th, 2008 at the Kanto Hospital. The funeral took place on February 4th, 2008 at the 保土ヶ谷 and was arranged by Coop. She was buried on March 16th, 2008 at the 持法寺.

General Notes
- Her mother died at an early stage, which forced her to to take care of her sisters and brothers.
  Lived later after marriage a comfortable life until her husband's shop went bankrupt. Had a difficult time to adjust to the new terms.
  Was taken care of by Michiko, who visited her mother in the later years every week.
  At the age of 84 her weight was down to 37 Kg.
