Lorna was born on May 31st, 1922 in Lady Musgrave Hospital Maryborough, Queensland.  Lorna's father was John Thomas Price and her mother was Ruby Beatrice O'Brien.  Her paternal grandparents are Thomas Price and Sarah Duce.  She had six brothers and four sisters, named Alexander "Lex" John Cedric, Geroge "Grimmet" Edward, Ruby Myrtle, John Thomas "Tom", Kevin James, Gary Joseph, Harriet Violet May, Olive, Esme and Sylvia Gladys.  She died at the age of 82 on March 21st, 2005 in Mt. Olivet Hospital Kangaroo Point Brisbane, Queensland.  Her burial was on March 29th, 2005 in Redcliffe Lawn Cemetery.
