Sarah was born on July 20th, 1885 in Cardargah Station, South Burnett District, Queensland.  Sarah's father was James McNamara and her mother was Mary Ann Fuller.  Her paternal grandparents are John McNamara and Mary Ann Barry; her maternal grandparents were Frederick Fuller and Bridget Beeching.  She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Francis John, James Joseph, Frank, William, Edward Patrick, John "Jack", Charles Paris, Sabina, Mary Anne¹, Mary Anne² and Minnie May.  She was the nineth oldest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 1 on May 18th, 1887 in Cardargah Station, Queensland.
