Francis John was born on February 4th, 1868 in Mondure Station, Sth. Burnett District.  Francis John's father was James McNamara and his mother was Mary Ann Fuller.  His paternal grandparents are John McNamara and Mary Ann Barry; his maternal grandparents were Frederick Fuller and Bridget Beeching.  He had six brothers and five sisters, named James Joseph, Frank, William, Edward Patrick, John "Jack", Charles Paris, Sabina, Mary Anne¹, Sarah, Mary Anne² and Minnie May.  He was the oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 4 on August 26th, 1872 in Mondure Station, Queensland.  His burial was on August 27th, 1872 in Gayndah Cemetery.
