Edward Patrick was born on January 12th, 1881 in Auburn Station, Queensland.  Edward Patrick's father was James McNamara and his mother was Mary Ann Fuller.  His paternal grandparents are John McNamara and Mary Ann Barry; his maternal grandparents were Frederick Fuller and Bridget Beeching.  He had six brothers and five sisters, named Francis John, James Joseph, Frank, William, John "Jack", Charles Paris, Sabina, Mary Anne¹, Sarah, Mary Anne² and Minnie May.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 74 on January 19th, 1955 in Home, 15 Musgrave Street Banyo, Brisbane, Queensland.  His burial was on January 20th, 1955 in Mt. Thompson Crematorium, Brisbane, Queensland.
