Valerie Joyce was born in April 1950. Valerie Joyce's father is Robert James Albert Lee and her mother is Ivy Kuridala Rose Fontaine. Her maternal grandparents were August James Fontaine and Sabina McNamara. She has three brothers and a sister, named Lawrence James, Robert Frances, Kevin Joseph and Caroline Rose.
