He is the author of two articles, which this author, Marianne Tong, was unable to interpret. The assumption is that The living Arthur is the son or grandson of this Arthur. The original Arthur was born around 1879 to Sophie and William Noordhoek-Hegt. The pictured Arthur might have been born around 1910. This would make 1941 a sensible birth year for the Arthur mentioned in Wikipedia.
