Cicero Hugo was born on April 29th, 1936.  Cicero Hugo's father was Jorge Gonçalves Sobreira and his mother was Maria (Mana).  His maternal grandparents were Cicero Bezerra Lobo and Maria (Mãe Bilica) Rodrigues (Bezerra). He had five brothers and six sisters, named Francisco, Mário, Alberico, Manuel, Deda, Maria Luzenite, Maria Neusa, Francisca Neusa, Coca, Zeuda and Josefa.  He died at the age of 61 on December 12th, 1997.
