Лазарь Нохимович Лицин

Лазарь was born in 1913.  Лазарь's father was Нохим Лицин and his mother was Блюма Моисеевна (Давидова).  His maternal grandparents were Моисей Давидов and Рая. He had a brother named Михаил.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1978.
