Márton was born on October 24th, 1783 in Vedrődújfalu (Cífer).1   His godfather was Sutovszky Márton and his godmother was Ilona.  Márton's father was Peskó Péter and his mother was ?Banicsény? Katalin.  His paternal grandfather was Peskó János and his paternal grandmother is Mária. He had two brothers and three sisters, named János, József, Ilona, Anna and Mária.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 2 on November 23rd, 1785 in Vedrődújfalu (Cífer).2
