Thomas Muir

Thomas was born on April 23rd, 1719 in Coaltown, Dalgetty, Fife and his baptism took place on May 3rd, 1719 in Dalgetty, Fife. Thomas' father was James Muir and his mother was Elizabeth (Bessie or Betty) Allan. His paternal grandparents were Mathew Muir and Agnes Davidson. He had three brothers and five sisters, named David, John, James, Margaret, Janet, Janet, Janet and Betty. He was the second oldest of the nine children.
