Joseph was born in 1772 in Kettering, Northamptonshire, England.1   Joseph's father was Joseph Loasby and his mother was Anne Unknown.  His paternal grandparents were William Loasby and Ann Loasby. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Anne and Elizabeth.  He died at the age of 74 on November 12th, 1846 in Kettering, Northamptonshire, England.  His burial was on November 16th, 1846 in SS Peter & Paul, Kettering, Northamptonshire, England.1 1
