William C. Gait

William C. was born in 1840 in Chilcompton, Somerset. William C.'s father was Charles Gait and his mother was Martha Brice Robbins. His paternal grandparents were William Gait and Ann Smith; his maternal grandparents were John Robbins and Betsy Brice. He had a brother and three sisters, named Arthur J., Clara Ann, Winifred and Olive. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 77 on March 17th, 1917 in Chilcompton, Somerset. His burial was in Chilcompton, Somerset.
