Patience Gait

Patience was born in 1803 in Midsomer Norton, Somerset and her baptism took place there. Patience's father was William Gait and her mother was Ann Smith. Her paternal grandparents were John Gait and Mary Unknown; her maternal grandparents were John Smith and Anne Parsons Unknown. She had nine brothers and eight sisters, named Thomas, John, William, James, Joseph Smith, George, George, Samuel, Charles, Sarah, Ann, Mary, Phoebe, Patience, Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Elizabeth. She was the twelfth oldest of the eighteen children. She died at the age of 33 on September 8th, 1836. Her burial was in Midsomer Norton, Somerset.
