Trijntje was born in 1751 in Zoetermeer and her baptism took place there on April 12th, 1751.1   Her godfather was Pieter Janszn and her godmother was Neeltje Japiks Rodenburg Brugman. Trijntje's father was Maarten Jacobszn Rodenburg and her mother is Neeltje Jacobsdr Brugman.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Arentszn Rodenburg and Trijntge Maartensdr Hogerscheijt; her maternal grandfather is Jacob Brugman and her maternal grandmother was N.N. N.N..  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 76 on November 13th, 1827 in Oudshoorn (NH).1
