Tzivia was born in 1891.  Tzivia's father was Shimon (Shimi-Shmuel) Shmuel Hurovitz and her mother was Rivka Mehucha Rudin.  Her paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>.  She had two brothers and three sisters, named Michael, <Unknown>, Braine, Beilke and Golde.  She died at the age of 95 in 1986.
