Mercy Gorham 
Mercy was born on January 20th, 1658 in MA, Barnstable Co, Barnstable.1 Mercy's father was Capt John Gorham and her mother was Desire Howland. Her paternal grandparents were Ralph Gorham and Margaret Stephenson; her maternal grandparents were John Howland and Elizabeth Tilley. She had five brothers and five sisters, named James, John, Joseph, Jabez, Shubael, Desire, Temperance, Elizabeth, Lydia and Hanna. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 67 on September 24th, 1725 in RI, Washington Co, Westerly.1 General Notes

Mercy was born in Barnstable. She married George Dennison. George was from New London, CT and the family moved to Stonington, CT. Mercy died there.
